Janet and David Stevenson moved to Port Angeles in 1991 with a household of 3 daughters, now all grown up and raising their own families. After working at Landmark for 7 years, Janet purchased Landmark from then owner, Ann Cline.  The small business grew from 4 people increasing to 12 and 3 moves later to our current location.  In 2019, Janet purchased the Sequim office due to retirements.  Both offices merged again with Janet back in Sequim and Kaila Cruz managing Port Angeles. Janet’s right hand in Sequim is Joanna.

Janet, a native Texan, has grown to love the Pacific Northwest and has put down solid roots in this community. Janet is very active member of several community based organizations and keeps very active with family, church and friends.  Now with three grown daughters and nine grandchildren there are always many things to keep life interesting!

Sandra’s roots are based in Minnesota, growing up on the family farm, spending high school years playing sports and keeping active. After graduation, she attended Mankato State University, receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.

After three years of active duty in the Army and two years Army National Guard, she moved to the Peninsula. Sandra has been a licensed real estate agent with us since 1990, working directly with approximately eighty clients from all over the US. She handles all property management aspects of about two hundred residential, commercial, & storage units.

     “In this job, I’ve had the opportunity to see a lot (sometimes more than I want to), learn a lot (if I must) and change a lot (sometimes not always the easiest)!

Along the way, I’ve worked with some incredible people: My staff consists of two assistants,  Dan (with 30 years of commercial property management experience) and Becky  with incredible customer, computer and technical expertise. They help keep operations running smoothly along with the entire Landmark support team.

A wonderful husband, a sense of humor and my faith in Jesus anchors me. Living amongst gray sky weather and now with gray hairs on my head, I still try to keep a colorful perspective on life through it all. I strive to be a hard-working, competent person of integrity and look forward to helping you with your rental or management needs.”

Kaila grew up here and graduated from Port Angeles High School.  She enjoys traveling, hiking, spending time at the lake and camping on the canal.  Kaila grew up in property management and returns with substantial expertise, knowledge of property management software and multi-family property management to Landmark.  Her assistant Candace is a 3rd generation resident of Port Angeles.
